Fresenius - CompoSure
CompoSure is a innovative hand held opener, that allows automatic and standardised opening of the CompoFlow blood bag systems. By opening CompoFlow in automatic way, problems such as RSI (repetitive strain injuries) and haemolysis, can be prevented.

Synergetik GmbH: Design of hardware and software. Highest requirements for power consumption in standby: total less than 1µA (microcontroller in sleep mode), thus guaranteeing long battery life. Attention to minimum feed cable resistances in controlling the motor for the optimisation of the power transmission.


Hydac SMU1000
The SMU 1200 sensor monitoring unit is a display unit for HYDAC fluid sensors and is designed for the display and storage (USB) of the measured data.
Synergetik GmbH: Conception of firmware. Programming of the user interface. Implementation of an Embedded USB host controller. Control of mass storage class (USB stick). EMC-compatible design of circuit diagram and layout.

Embedded USB Host Controller
Development of a low-cost embedded USB host controller.
Synergetik GmbH: Reading and writing of data from and to USB sticks (flash drive, udisk, mass storage). FAT handling. Handling of U3 sticks implemented. Bootloader created, enabling updating of the microcontroller firmware via the same (!) USB port.


Hydac - FCU1000
A portable service device for temporary measurements in hydraulic systems (particle contamination according to ISO, SAE or NAS and degree of saturation of the medium with dissolved water).
Synergetik GmbH: Hardware concept and design. User interface design and implementation. Automatic identification and remote operation of different Hydac sensors. Implementation of an embedded USB host for reading/writing of data from/to USB sticks. Bluetooth interface.

ResMed – ApneaLink
Fast and simple screening instrument that helps identifying high-risk patients with obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA).
Synergetik GmbH: Hardware design and programming of the DSP firmware. Implementation of USB device functionality.


 

Hydac – CS1000
The contamination sensor is a state-of-the-art particle sensor for continuous detection of solid contamination (ISO, SAE and. NAS) in hydraulic and lubrication systems.
Synergetik GmbH: Development of power pack, CPU and display boards. Programming of DSP and microcontroller. Creation of commissioning software under LabView.

Fresenius CATS
Development of a base board for an ETX module with LVDS display. CAN connection via ISA bus. Linux operating system generated.





Fresenius Ionometer
Porting of hard and software provided that the unit can be integrated mechanically and functionally in an identical way. Use of a 32 Bit microcontroller, CPLD and Dual Slope AD converter. Porting of software from Forth to C.

Fresenius Compas
Development of an ultrasonic unit which is in a position to measure hematocrit and temperature. Use of DSP and FPGA. Programming under VHDL..

STAMER – Switchblade

Further development and updating of the existing firmware of the Atmel-Mega8 Controller. Excitation of digital potentiometers.
